We are looking for a: CNC Set-Up OperatorYour missions: Ensure production of small and medium series on jewelry components through adjustments, responsible for the entirety of their production, from setup to delivery while guaranteeing the conformity of the machined components, aesthetics, and being an active player in the continuous improvement of the sector by participating in the resolution of technical problems and closely collaborating with related services (Methods, BT, level 1 machine maintenance).Your profile: Technical skills: Mastery of 5-axis machining on Bumotec S191 and/or 191 Neo. Bar and piece work. Knowledge of palletizers would be a plus. Knowledge of ISO codes. Reading and interpreting technical drawings. Knowledge of production tools. Experience in machining jewelry components or a similar field. Soft skills and goal orientation: Continuous improvement mindset and proactive suggestions to optimize work. Proactivity and autonomy in managing tasks. Discretion, loyalty, and strict respect for confidentiality. Respect for others, team spirit, and excellent meticulousness with a focus on quality. Dynamism, perseverance, and commitment.We offer you: Working time: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day) + (19 minutes per day). Hours: Flexible daytime – possibility of leaving from 3:30 PM.
