CNC Setter Mechanics - 2x8 or Weekend ShiftFor our client, a high-end watch manufacturer in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for long-term temporary assignments (leading to permanent contracts) for CNC Setter Mechanics.Responsibilities:- Setting up and preparing machines- Loading parts, milling (turning is a plus) on cases, case backs, bezels- Changing cutting tools and making corrections- Visual and dimensional checks (manual control tools and Zeiss/Marcel Aubert machines)- Cleaning and greasing machines (first-level maintenance)Profile:- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a production mechanic or equivalent- 5 years of professional experience as a setter in an industrial production environment- Confirmed experience in 5-axis milling- Proficiency in Fanuc control and numerical control- Good knowledge of standard dimensional control tools- Ability to work 2x8 or weekend shifts (choice available)Skills / Attributes:- Autonomous, flexible, conscientious- Excellent organization and priority management- Excellent team spirit- Teamwork- Stress resistanceStart date: Immediately or to be agreed upon!Are you looking for a new professional challenge in a modern work environment within a high-end watch manufacturer with excellent social benefits?
