We are looking for one of our clients in the Geneva region: Mechanic Adjuster H/F. As a Mechanic Adjuster, you will be responsible for the proper execution of tasks within CNC Adjuster H/F. Job Description: • Setup and Commissioning: mounting tools and adjusting CNC machines on watch components made from precious and specific materials (case, back, bezel, bracelet, etc.) on various CNC machines (Willemin 408MT / S2 / 508MT2 / Robodrill / Bumotec). • Light programming and cutting parameters adjustment (ISO/Fanuc). • Quality Control: rigorous self-check during production using conventional measurement tools (micrometer, and optical tools (Keyence). • Maintenance: basic maintenance of equipment and changing inserts/tools. • Compliance with processes: strict adherence to aesthetic criteria. Desired Profile: CFC of Production Mechanic, poly-mechanic, Micro-mechanic or an equivalent title such as diploma X or BTS. • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years confirmed experience in CNC adjustment, ideally in the Geneva watchmaking sector. • Technical Skills: Reading complex plans and mastering fine geometric tolerances, ISO code. • Soft Skills: Solutions-oriented and continuous improvement, team spirit and sensitivity to the luxury finished product. jid787bf1caen jit0415aen jpiy26aen
