We are looking for our client, a prestigious watchmaking manufacturer, a CNC Mechanic Setter in 2x8 shifts (M/F). We are seeking a CNC Mechanic Setter to strengthen their team in the Neuchâtel Mountains. You possess a CFC in Mechanics, Polymechanics, or a recognized qualification, as well as confirmed and conclusive experience of at least 3 years in the watchmaking industry. You are proactive, methodical, and efficient with a good team spirit and a strong desire to take on new challenges within an ambitious and innovative manufacturing environment! Ensure the setup, adjustments on Willemin, Chiron, and Bumotec machines for machining steel and gold components for watchmaking. Read plans, make corrections, manage tooling, initiate and monitor production, as well as maintain the machinery.
