Our client is looking for a CNC Setter: CFC in micromechanics or equivalent title. Reading plans. Knowledge of 2D controls with DXF and 3D on Zeiss. Knowledge of machining techniques. Knowledge of different types of machines. Mastery of control means. Understanding of analysis. Ability to detect issues. Team spirit. Dynamic person. Ensure the production of machined parts by applying the processes using equipment, machines, or tools while respecting quality, pace, deadlines, and safety requirements. Oversee the operation and adjustment of the CNC machines assigned to them. Manage the start of production while adhering to assembly instructions (setting up positioning tools, changing programs). Supply the machine or equipment with raw materials while following the scheduling of orders and the machining processes defined by methods. Verify conformity with the quality monitoring plan. Carry out dimensional and aesthetic control of manufactured components. Detect and identify deviations and take corrective actions within the limits of guidelines. Report anomalies, propose improvements, and maintain the equipment, machines, and tools made available to them. Dispose of chips in designated areas. Apply and enforce preventive maintenance plans for machines. Participate in the continuous improvement of their work environment. Optimize programs and tool lifespan (level 3).
