CNC Milling Programmer/Setup Operator – 100% We are a renowned industrial company headquartered in Cressier near Neuchâtel. We build, develop, and produce centrifugal pumps and valves that we deliver to demanding sectors of industry, chemistry, and wastewater management. To strengthen our Production department, Emile Egger & Cie SA is looking for: CNC Milling Programmer/Setup Operator – for CNC machines for all new parts. Setting up tools and machines to machine parts through CNC turning and milling in accordance with plans and quality requirements. Tasks include machine setup according to the part drawing, setting and referencing tools, making program corrections, controlling at least one piece of the series or the entire series according to the production plan, self-checking and managing possible non-conformities, basic maintenance on used machines, versatility between turning and milling, respecting applicable safety rules within the company, and working collaboratively with other colleagues and assisting in case of overload. Profile and skills? Ideally a CFC in polymechanics or an equivalent qualification. Good knowledge of CNC machines, knowledge of CAD/CAM, familiar with machining methodologies and CNC machines, experience in machining large parts and with foundry parts, strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing a team of about twenty people in a similar environment. jid7931f9baen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
