CNC Mechanic-Setter (M/F) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced CNC Mechanic-Setter for an important manufacturing company in the region specializing in milling. You will carry out adjustments and setups for the machines. You will produce and conduct self-checks. You are responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of your machines. You analyze deviations and contribute your ideas in a continuous improvement approach. You will support others in reporting non-conformities and ensure their traceability. Job requirements: You hold a diploma in the mechanical field (CFC or BAC PRO). You can justify recent experience of several years in a similar role within the watchmaking industry. Excellent knowledge of watch components is required. You are comfortable reading plans. You master control tools (gauge, Marcel Aubert, 3D). You are an autonomous person with a proactive mindset, capable of proposing developments and improvements. You are available immediately.
