You work in a 2x8 or night shift schedule in a CNC machine park (mainly milling) and carry out settings as well as production.Responsibilities- Ensure the operation, setting, and start-up of our CNC milling machines of type Chiron FX/FZ, Micro 5 (UGV), Bumotec S181, CT501 (grinding) during the machining of our precious watchmaking casing parts.- Guarantee the conformity of production by carrying out visual and dimensional checks and, if necessary, making the necessary corrections in compliance with quality instructions.- Prepare the machining station by mounting tools and fixtures and checking the conformity of the tooling. If necessary, perform necessary tool corrections.- Ensure the transmission of instructions to relay teams.- Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of equipment, machines, and tools as well as respect the rules in terms of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and their work environment as well as in training actions within the framework of process developments.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- CFC in polymechanics, CFC in production mechanics, or BEP/BTS in the field of precision mechanics.- Confirmed professional experience in CNC machining.- Knowledge of 5-7 axis CNC machines with Fanuc control would be a plus.- Good command of usual dimensional control tools, Marcel Aubert, and 3D control type Zeiss.- Rigorous, motivated, organized, and conscientious person who knows how to work in a team.
