For our client, a watchmaking company in the Neuchâtel mountains, we are looking for:CNC Setter - PolymechanicYour responsibilitiesMachine park management: You are responsible for setting up 3-axis CNC machines.Set-ups: You carry out set-ups and adapt parameters to optimize production.Process optimization: You adjust and improve settings to guarantee the quality and efficiency of our production lines.Support and training: You are responsible for developing the skills of the teams in collaboration with your manager.Your profileEducation: Polymechanic CFC or equivalent qualification.Experience: Proven experience in machining, set-up, and CNC adjustments, ideally on Schaublin lathes (Fanuc control). Experience in hard machining is a plus.Technical skills:- Mastery of measuring and control tools.- Knowledge of reading and programming on Gibbs, a plus.Interpersonal skills:- Team spirit, active listening, and solution-oriented.- Ability to adapt, positive attitude, proactivity, and analytical mind.Are you interested in this job offer?
