This position is aimed at meticulous, thorough profiles comfortable handling small components. Previous experience in industry, particularly in watchmaking, electronics, medical, pharmaceutical, automotive, or any other sector requiring precision and dexterity, is a real asset.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production on CNC machines

• Load and unload parts

• Carry out dimensional and aesthetic inspections

• Use standard inspection tools

• Comply with quality requirements and tolerances

• Report production deviations

• Collaborate with production teams

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as micromechanic, production mechanic, polymecanician, mechanical practitioner or equivalent training

• Previous experience in CNC machining is an advantage

• Good understanding of an industrial production environment

• Comfortable reading plans and using measuring tools

• Meticulousness, precision and attention to detail

• Rigour, autonomy and team spirit

• Availability to work in 2-shift or 3-shift schedules
