We are currently looking for a:CNC Setter - Night ShiftYour responsibilities- You ensure the setting, monitoring, and production on 5-axis CNC machining centers.- You actively contribute to performance while respecting the quality requirements specific to high-end watchmaking.- Perform complete settings and setups on 5-axis CNC machining centers (turning and milling).- Ensure the launch and monitoring of production during the night shift.- Carry out the loading of production series (approximately 50% of working time).- Ensure the smooth running of machining operations and intervene in case of drift or incident.- Perform dimensional and aesthetic checks of parts using conventional and specific measuring means (Marcel Aubert, DEA, manual instruments, etc.).- Guarantee product compliance according to company quality standards and high-end watchmaking requirements.- Ensure the traceability of work performed and the completion of production monitoring documents.- Participate in the continuous improvement of machining processes and production performance.- Collaborate closely with production, quality, and methods teams.Your profile- Holder of a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a polymechanic, production mechanic, or equivalent qualification.- Confirmed experience in setting 5-axis CNC machining centers.- Excellent knowledge of watch case machining, ideally in precious metals.- Mastery of turning and milling techniques.- Good knowledge of dimensional control methods and blueprint reading.- Ability to work autonomously.- Keen sense of quality, precision, and detail.- Team spirit, responsiveness, and sense of responsibility.- Schedule: Night shiftDoes your profile match this professional opportunity?Do not hesitate to send us your complete file by following the instructions.
