As part of strengthening the teams of our client, a recognised player in the precision industry, we are looking for a CNC Grinding Programmer-Setter (M/F).
Permanent contract
Day shift position
You will be responsible for programming, setting and monitoring production on CNC grinding machines, while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Your tasks

Program the CNC grinding machines Recomatic and Crevoisier.

Create programmes using the Alphacam software.

Carry out settings, start-ups and optimisations of the equipment.

Ensure production monitoring by guaranteeing compliance with quality, cost and deadline requirements.

Produce parts in small series with a high level of precision.

Identify and implement continuous improvement actions to optimise process performance.

Work closely with the Technical Office and Methods departments for product development and industrialisation.

Participate in resolving technical issues and propose optimisation solutions.
Your profile

Training as a precision mechanic, polymechanic, micromechanic or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience in programming and setting CNC grinding machines.

Good knowledge of Recomatic and/or Crevoisier machines.

Proficiency in Alphacam software.

Experience in manufacturing high-precision parts in small series.

Organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.

Proactive approach in continuous improvement.
