CMMS Administrator & Technical Maintenance Coordinator (m/f/d)

For one of our clients in the banking sector in Geneva, we are looking for a CMMS Administrator & Technical Maintenance Coordinator (m/f/d) responsible for the functional and technical administration of a CMMS platform as well as the operational coordination of building maintenance requests.
Your mission
- Administer and develop the CMMS platform, including users, access rights, workflows, settings and data imports/exports.
- Provide level 1 and 2 user support, analyse incidents and coordinate level 3 issues with the solution provider.
- Supervise the processing, routing and follow-up of intervention requests with the technical maintenance teams.
- Manage technical alarms, contribute to on-call planning and ensure the administrative follow-up of interventions.
- Support users, produce functional and technical documentation, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the CMMS solution.
Your profile
- Proven experience in administration, support, configuration or deployment of a CMMS solution; knowledge of Isilog is an asset.
- Good understanding of building maintenance environments, including HVAC, electrotechnics, technical installations and intervention management.
- Ability to write functional and technical specifications, configure workflows and monitor application developments through to production deployment.
- Knowledge of SQL, XML or HTML appreciated, with ease in communicating with business teams, technical teams and a software provider.
- Autonomous, rigorous, organised and pedagogical profile, with a strong service orientation.
