We are at home throughout Europe and always close to our customers.CMMS & Technical MaintenanceBe your best with BechtleFor one of our public sector clients in Geneva, we are looking for a CMMS & Technical Maintenance specialist responsible for ensuring the functional and technical operation of a CMMS as well as the management of building maintenance requests.Mission- Administer and develop the CMMS, including access rights, workflows, settings, and data imports/exports.- Provide level 1 and 2 support, analyze incidents, and coordinate level 3 issues with the solution provider.- Supervise the processing, routing, and tracking of intervention requests to maintenance teams.- Manage technical alarms, contribute to the management of on-call duties, and ensure the follow-up of interventions.- Support users, produce functional and technical documentation, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the solution.Profile- Confirmed experience in support, configuration, or deployment of a CMMS solution; knowledge of Easylog or Isilog is an asset.- Understanding of building maintenance environments, particularly HVAC, electrotechnical, technical facilities, and intervention management.- Ability to write functional and technical specifications, configure workflows, and follow developments through to production.- Knowledge of SQL, XML appreciated, with ease in communicating with business teams, technical teams, and a software provider.- Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and pedagogical, with a strong sense of service and a team spirit.- Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.Proposal- Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a pension plan.- Development of potential: wide range of professional and personal training offered by the Bechtle Academy.- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a future-oriented sector.Bechtle Suisse SABechtle Suisse SA has certified skills in the following areas: IT Infrastructure, Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
