Responsibilities

• Administer the CMMS (functional and technical) and manage user access
• Provide user support (levels 1 to 3) and monitor incidents
• Configure, import/export data and maintain configurations
• Write documentation, training materials and technical specifications
• Collect and manage application evolution requests
• Coordinate maintenance interventions and monitor their execution
• Manage and monitor technical alarms in real time
• Plan on-call teams and organise 24/7 rotations
• Monitor the administrative and operational closure of interventions
• Produce dashboards and activity reports
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes

Candidate Profile

• Experience in CMMS administration or application solutions
• Technical knowledge in SQL, XML, HTML and databases
• Experience in maintenance or operation of critical buildings
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and reporting skills
• Organisational, coordination and prioritisation skills
• Ability to work in a team and support users
• Strong autonomy, rigour and service orientation
• Stress resistance and emergency situation management
• Good oral and written communication
• Technical training (HVAC, electrical engineering, automation or equivalent)
• Interest in innovation and complex technical environments
