Our "Digital Solutions" team provides the digital solutions and IT services that support Innosuisse's business processes and enable the digital processing of applications and associated procedures. This includes both internal solutions and digital platforms and tools used by applicants, innovation mentors, accredited coaches, experts, project partners, and other external stakeholders to submit, process, evaluate, and manage funding and support applications. In this both technical and strategic role of Azure Cloud Solution Architect, you develop robust, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions. You thus directly contribute to improving the efficiency, reliability, and standardisation of Innosuisse's digital services for submitting, processing, evaluating, and managing funding and support applications.

You design and implement cloud solutions that support both Innosuisse's internal processes and the digital journeys used by external stakeholders involved in these processes. You work in a constantly evolving environment and participate in building a new, forward-looking team for Innosuisse's cloud and digital solutions.

Your tasks:

• Develop cloud solution architectures on Azure to meet specific business and technical requirements.
• Implement cloud and platform solutions (automations, workflows, IaC templates, self-service tools, no-code/low-code applications).
• Manage the lifecycle and continuous development of existing cloud solutions, including cost control.
• Take responsibility for monitoring, logging, stability, and security of cloud solutions in production.
• Support operations and coordinate changes, migrations, and complex technical issues.
• Contribute to the development and upskilling of our team through your technical expertise.

Our requirements:

You have a degree in computer science or business informatics (bachelor's or master's) and several years of practical experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions, ideally on Microsoft Azure. Further training or certifications in cloud architecture, such as Azure Solutions Architect, are a plus.

You are well versed in cloud architectures on Azure and particularly comfortable with identity & access management, network concepts, and security architectures, as well as PaaS services and integration solutions. Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, monitoring, logging, and cost optimisation are part of your daily routine. You analyse needs in a structured way and develop scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions based on this. Initial experience with no-code/low-code platforms is an advantage.

In your work, you are autonomous, structured, and responsible. You have strong analytical skills and implement solutions in a targeted manner. At the same time, you are able to explain complex technical concepts understandably and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Strategic and networked thinking, as well as a strong sensitivity to data protection and information security, complete your profile. You communicate fluently in German (C1) and have good English skills in a technical context.
