Prepare personalized pharmaceutical interviews with patients. Ensure the continuity of care regarding drug treatments during transfers to community pharmacies and manage medications in the oncology department. Participate in optimizing the medication circuit and develop necessary procedures for healthcare personnel in the area of clinical pharmacy. Support the responsible pharmacist in managing the pharmacy and regulatory compliance. REQUIREMENTS: You hold a diploma and a specialized title in clinical pharmacy or an equivalent title. You have experience in a clinical oncology setting. You have expertise in clinical pharmacy: therapeutics, pharmaceutical products, therapeutic strategies. YOUR PROFILE: You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. You are fluent in French. Proficiency in English and/or German would be an asset. You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to provide high-quality medical information. You demonstrate commitment and professional integrity.
