You proactively organize their work as well as the daily operations of the service. You actively participate in the pre-and post-graduate training of the resident doctors and their activities. You ensure responsibility for emergencies during the service on-call. You have a degree in internal medicine or emergency medicine or are in the process of obtaining one, along with 5 years of experience in medicine.
