Client Experience Advisor - Swiss German / GermanCompany DescriptionFor one of our clients, based in Geneva, we are offering a position as:Client Experience Advisor - Swiss German / GermanActivity rate 100%Job DescriptionYou are a native Swiss German or German speaker and wish to put your language skills (German, French, and English) at the service of a demanding clientele within a premium environment focused on the quality of its customer experience?Your Responsibilities- Respond to customer requests by phone and email by providing adapted, effective, and solution-oriented answers.- Act as a true ambassador of the customer experience by offering personalized and high-quality service at every interaction.- Analyze requests with discernment and demonstrate proactivity in finding solutions, in collaboration with the various internal departments.- Ensure rigorous follow-up of requests and ensure a fluid and consistent experience throughout the customer journey.- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure rapid processing and resolution of requests.- Ensure a professional and warm welcome for visitors and clients.- Evolve in a dynamic environment requiring excellent ease and the ability to navigate simultaneously between several tools and interfaces (customer request management, internal systems, and databases).- Work daily on several screens and software in order to analyze data, follow files, and provide precise and personalized answers to customers.Profile Sought- Holder of a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in commerce or an equivalent qualification.- You justify successful experience in an environment oriented towards service, customer relations, or hospitality.- You master standard office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook.- Endowed with an excellent sense of organization, you know how to manage several priorities with rigor and efficiency.- Autonomous in your work, you also appreciate collaboration and contribute positively to team dynamics.- Recognized for your sense of service, your ease of communication, and your ability to provide adapted solutions to customer needs.Working Conditions- Scheduled hours between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM from Monday to Friday, with a late shift on Thursday until 8:00 PM.- A rotation system allowing for presence on certain Saturdays (on average two per month).- Exceptional adaptation to end-of-year commercial activity with two Sundays worked in the month of December.- Advance planning of schedules allowing for a balance between quality of service and personal balance. jid076446baen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
