The Inter-Enterprise Fund for Professional Insurance (CIEPP), a recognized and active entity, particularly in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, grouping more than companies and freelancers, insuring and pensioning numerous insured individuals, is looking for a Customer Advisor for its customer consulting service. Your main tasks: You will be responsible for developing the network of prospects and acquiring new clients; You will ensure the follow-up and development of the existing client portfolio; You will advise our clients by providing tailored solutions to their needs; You will lead sessions on the principle of the three pillars, primarily focused on the 2nd pillar, for companies and insured individuals. Profile: You hold a commercial qualification in the insurance sector; You possess the federal diploma in social insurance, in LPP or IAF; You have a proven successful experience in a similar role; You are a French speaker and have good knowledge of English; You master German; You are from Switzerland or hold a valid permit. Skills and competencies: You have a thorough knowledge of the professional pension market in Switzerland and excellent knowledge in social insurance; You are proactive; You listen carefully to your clients and are solution-oriented; You are very comfortable and demonstrate affability; You are comfortable with public speaking; You are organized and prepared; You are resilient to stress; You have a strong professional ethic; You have a good team spirit.
