Your Role

In this dynamic, growth-focused position, you will take full ownership of market expansion and client acquisition across Poland and the Czech Republic. You will transform strategic asset-gathering goals into tangible business growth while fostering long-term relationships built on trust and mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Development: Drive active client acquisition and strategic business growth within the Polish and Czech wealth management markets.
• Asset Gathering: Utilize your personal network and industry experience to generate Net New Money (NNM) and expand your client portfolio.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-trust, long-term relationships with clients and key regional stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, embodying core values of integrity, excellence, and collaborative success in an informal "Du" culture.

Qualifikationen

Your Profile:

• Track Record: Proven success in Net New Money acquisition and wealth planning within the private banking or wealth management sector.
• Network & Pipeline: Established, active network and a clear pipeline of potential clients in the Polish and/or Czech markets.
• Banking Expertise: Deep knowledge of banking products, investment solutions, and cross-border regulatory frameworks.
• Languages: Professional fluency in Polish or Czech alongside English; German language skills are a valuable asset.
• Mindset: Honest, highly trustworthy, and team-oriented personality with strong initiative and leadership by example.
