The Cantonal Court is recruiting for a part-time clerk-editor position (75%).In civil and criminal courts, your main role involves drafting judgment projects as well as conducting file analyses and legal research, either independently or with judges. Additionally, you may be called upon to perform various tasks related to the management of cases within the relevant authority and to participate in various internal or external commissions of the Court. ProfileYou hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, complemented by the bar exam and ideally, you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer (post-bar qualification, preferably in the judicial environment, or any other relevant experience for the position).Recognized for your loyalty and discretion, you strongly adhere to the values of public service and possess a keen sense of responsibility. Capable of working independently, you make decisions respecting competences and are valued for both your rigor and your versatility.
