In this role, you will independently and professionally handle complex benefit cases in the mandatory accident insurance (UVG).

Your main focus will be on processing demanding files in Italian. Additionally, depending on the team’s needs, you will take on further files in German.

You will work closely with an experienced team and make a significant contribution to high-quality, legally compliant and customer-oriented case management.


Your tasks

  • Independent and responsible handling of accident insurance cases under UVG
  • Professional assessment of benefit claims (daily allowance, medical costs, integrity damage, pensions, etc.)
  • Obtaining, reviewing and assessing medical and administrative documents
  • Checking invoices and preparing well-founded and comprehensible benefit decisions
  • Written and telephone contact with insured persons, employers, service providers and social insurances
  • Active participation in efficient, customer-oriented and high-quality case management


Your profile

  • You have a commercial education
  • Very good and solid knowledge in the field of accident insurance (UVG)
  • Ideally qualified as an insurance specialist with a federal diploma (VBV) or social insurance specialist with a federal diploma
  • You possess very good Italian and German skills (C1-C2) for handling complex benefit cases (a must)
  • You are an organised, proactive person willing to continuously develop your skills in your area of work. You are capable of working both in a team and independently.
  • You are dynamic and flexible, comfortable dealing with people and able to build a trusting relationship with your various interlocutors.
