As a Cleaning Supervisor at ISS, you lead teams, personally take care of clients, and ensure that our services are provided at the highest level. You are responsible for the quality, costs, and performance of the teams you manage and follow all cleaning activities, organize, monitor, and participate in them.- Global management of your unit in compliance with internal and external company standards and rules.- Responsibility for customer service and the optimal execution of services so that they achieve the objectives agreed with the client, in compliance with instructions and the framework.- Optimal management of internal and external resources necessary for the provision of services.- Quality control and internal audits with clients.- Ordering of materials and interventions as well as schedules.- Guarantee of a safe and optimal management of subcontractors.- Controls, manages, and monitors budgets.- Analyzes the activity of their teams and identifies deviations (control of working hours).- Ensures reporting in accordance with the direct supervisor in case of absences.What you bring- CFC in the cleaning sector (cleaning agent, specialist, or equivalent), continuous training in the cleaning field.- Confirmed experience in team management.- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the service sector and in maintenance activity.- Good command of spoken and written French (English, Portuguese, or Spanish is an asset).- Mastery of IT tools (MS Office).- Driver's license, clean criminal record.- Sense of service, good communication, and proactive, organized.Ready for us?
