As part of its continued growth and investment we are recruiting a Clean Utilities Project Leader to lead critical infrastructure and capital Utilities Project LeaderOur client is a leading industrial based in French-speaking Switzerland, in a highly environment.MissionsReporting to a senior member of the site leadership team, X be responsible for driving facilities and utilities projects while ensuring alignment with long-term X responsibilities will include:Leading and a portfolio of facilities and utilities projects (CAPEX), ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standardsManaging and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously, including critical shutdown activities and infrastructure upgradesActing as program lead, defining project roadmaps, resources, and ensuring alignment with business objectivesOverseeing engineering activities to utilities ( HVAC, compressed air, electrical systems, and facilities infrastructureManaging a team X experts and external partners, ensuring efficient and performanceDriving cross-functional with Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D to ensure smooth project execution and impactEnsuring compliance with and quality standards (GMP, ISO, etc.), including risk analysis, and activitiesSupporting audits and inspections from X budgets, KPIs, and reporting progress to senior stakeholdersPromoting a culture of continuous improvement, excellence, and strong team & environmentYou will lead a small team X and technicians and external consultants during key project phases.
