You work closely with clients to ensure efficient and proactive handling within a team of six.We offerOur client offers a 6-month try-and-hire with a perspective of a permanent contract, in a pleasant working environment and with an available and caring team!TasksThis position consists of managing the entire claims management process, combining rigor, contractual analysis, and a sense of service.- Receive incoming requests and open claim files.- Define missing information or documents and ensure file management follow-up.- Contact the client by email and phone to complete the file.- Compare claim elements with insurance conditions to verify coverage.- Analyze documents and decide whether to indemnify.- Ensure the proper maintenance and rigorous follow-up of files.We are looking for- Commercial employee CFC (or equivalent).- Confirmed experience in claims management.- Advanced knowledge of the Office Suite.- Fluent French.- German (C1 level).A plus if you possess- Previous experience in the insurance field.To succeed in this function, your personal skills are as follows:- Supportive- Social- OrganizedOur recruitment processThis recruitment process is managed by Academic Work.
