In the "Pensions / IV-TG" section of the compensation office of the Canton of Fribourg:
- Checking registrations, letters and various information
- Creating a complete file: verifying information and requesting the necessary information and documents
- Determining entitlement to pensions and calculating benefits (pensions and IV daily allowances)
- Monitoring and processing reminders: reminder letters, file revisions
- Responding to information requests: in writing, by telephone or during a personal interview
- Federal VET Diploma as a merchant or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in social insurance would be an advantage
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Excellent IT skills
- Proficiency in German with good knowledge of French
