• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and monitoring rehabilitation or construction works, including coordination of trades and quality control;
• Knowledge of safety regulations applicable on site;
• Knowledge of MS Office (particularly Outlook, Excel, MS Project).

• Use of IT tools to monitor work requests;
• Contacting the requester to assess needs;
• Estimating the duration and cost of works;
• Requesting a company under framework contract to prepare the quote;
• Verification and validation of the quote;
• Launching the order;
• Organising works in the field of civil engineering or building excluding technical trades (CVSE) on surface, technical gallery or underground;
• Coordination of various trades;
• Daily verification of compliance with safety rules;
• Daily quality and conformity control of works against the quote;
• Reception and final validation of works;
• Control of the conformity of the measurements submitted by the contractor;
• Regular reporting.
