We are recruiting on behalf of a well-known design office in the Morges region, a: Civil Engineering Technician ES (M/F).

Your mission: You will work on infrastructure projects, mainly in the fields of roads, pipelines and external developments. As a true interface between engineers and field teams, you participate in all stages of projects, from studies to construction monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Studies and planning

Participate in the design of road, network and pipeline projects

Create technical plans and execution documents using CAD tools

Carry out measurements and participate in cost estimation

Prepare technical files as well as documents necessary for tenders

Contribute to the planning of the different phases of implementation

• Project monitoring

Ensure technical monitoring of construction sites in collaboration with engineers

Coordinate exchanges with companies, contractors and local authorities

Ensure compliance with deadlines, work quality and current standards

Participate in site visits and control the proper execution of works

• Technical control

Carry out field surveys according to project needs

Verify the conformity of works and materials used

Participate in quality monitoring of the works

Profile

• Diploma as Civil Engineering Technician ES or equivalent training
• Initial experience in a design office or public works is an asset
• Interest in road, pipeline and public development projects
• Good command of the following software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D and/or Mensura, GéoConcept, Messerli
• Organised, autonomous person with good analytical skills
• Comfortable working in a team and on site
