As part of the development of our Sigma X department, Civil Engineering - Art Structures & Road Infrastructures (M/F), we are pleased to collaborate with a renowned company in art structures, road works, and infrastructures. Your responsibilities: Lead and motivate your teams on infrastructure sites (roads, bridges, art structures, networks). Organize daily work and ensure effective task distribution and interpret technical plans, profiles, and documents related to civil engineering works. Supervise the execution of works: Earthworks, formwork, and concrete pouring for art structures, installation of pipes and networks, installation of chambers, manholes, etc. Road works (curbs, asphalting). Ensure strict compliance with SUVA safety standards and procedures. Monitor the quality of work performed and ensure its compliance. Track the progress of the site and report to the site manager. Assess site needs and first supply.We require:A degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience as a road constructor, mason, or significant experience as a team leader on civil engineering sites. Mastery of techniques related to art structures and infrastructure works. Leadership abilities to supervise and enforce compliance. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in force in Switzerland. Autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility. Proficiency in French, both spoken and written. Driving license B.Key skills:Team and site management in civil engineering. Reading of art structures plans and quality documentation and adherence to deadlines.
