For a company based in the Bern region active in the field of railways and civil engineering, we are looking for the French-speaking part of Switzerland for a: Civil Engineering Site Manager for Railways (M/F/D). DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE: Management and monitoring of railway civil engineering sites (infrastructure, stations, masts, drainage, AC Rail/PSS). Contract management: measurements, cost pricing via Abacus/Baubit, analysis of SMIT prices and offers with subcontractors, and technical reports (methods and site management (PHSE, and following work schedules (Gantt/railway)). Safety control and coordination with teams, clients and (meetings, SharePoint). PROFILE: Site Manager (EPS) or equivalent, with knowledge of railway safety regulations (APD/APT), 5 years of experience in railway civil engineering, proficient in tools: Microsoft 365, MS X software (Workflow, BLP, Baubit, Abacus). Ability to manage stress and constraints of night and urgent work. Flexibility and availability for night and weekend site follow-up, with autonomy and communication skills, and an open-mindedness.WE OFFER: A job in line with your skills.
