Project Manager in Civil Engineering 80%-100% Pully, the 7th city of the canton with its inhabitants, stands as a major player in the regional development of the eastern Lausanne area. Its municipality is, like it, a dynamic entity of 250 employees, particularly promoting ongoing actions for health and mobility. To complement the staff in the Directorate of Works and Industrial Services, the Municipality of the City of Pully is announcing a position for a Project Manager in Civil Engineering 80%-100%. Mission: Ensure and monitor municipal construction sites while respecting safety, costs, quality, and deadlines. Main activities: • Develop, coordinate, and carry out underground infrastructure and surface development projects. • Manage projects by establishing and processing SIA phases 3 (project study) to 5. • Manage financial aspects and cost control of projects/sites assigned to the public domain. • Conduct and successfully lead efficient meetings. • Pilot project tasks (e.g., public meeting, circular to residents, regional press article). Desired profile: • CFC in civil engineering, diploma X ES, federal certificate as a construction manager or equivalent. • 1-2 years of experience in managing civil engineering projects and works. • Very good knowledge of construction standards (SIA, VSS, etc.). • Proficiency in office and drawing tools (CAD). • Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized and rigorous manner. • Good sense of responsibility and public service.
