Our Networks business unit acts as CIVIL ENGINEERING by supporting our stakeholders in their processes. We build and operate intelligent, resilient, and sustainable distribution networks, supported by technology, to deliver electrical energy to our customers and meet energy challenges. To complete our team, we are looking for a CIVIL ENGINEERING MANAGER for our Noville site.ProfileFederal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in civil engineering / civil engineering technician or equivalent title.Mastery of business tools (Messerli).Knowledge of SIA standards and basic knowledge of electrotechnics and electrical safety would be an advantage.A few years of experience in managing a civil engineering construction site desired.Knowledge of public procurement.Ability to organize oneself while working in a multidisciplinary team.Ease in contacts and leadership.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in project planning (civil engineering part).Develop and award calls for tenders, estimates, and submissions.Manage and coordinate civil engineering works while ensuring the application of work methods and ensuring compliance with safety measures.Establish measurements and monitor invoices.Guarantee the deadlines, quality, and budgets of the entrusted works.Collaborate closely with the project manager(s).BenefitsIn this team, you will benefit from great flexibility in your personal life, allowing you to manage your schedule optimally.
