The Department of Women, Children and Adolescents has the mission of offering quality care adapted to the needs of women at each stage of their life and to the health problems faced by newborns, children, and adolescents from birth to the age of 16. It works on the development of cutting-edge care and specialized centers of competence.The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Service (SPEA) handles hospital care in day hospitals or inpatient units for children and adolescents suffering from psychological disorders. It provides psychological and holistic care, where the patient is considered in their entirety, including their family and social network. The SPEA is a center of excellence for the postgraduate training of doctors. The service occupies the new premises of the House of Children and Adolescents (MEA), which brings together all the service's units in a particularly warm setting, designed specifically to improve the quality of care for young people and the most vulnerable.Psychologist at the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Service - 50% to 100%As part of your activities, you are assigned to the Early Childhood Guidance Unit intended for the care of young children (0-4 years) and their families. You work within the OBB home and/or the Dora house, structures of the Office of Childhood and Youth, which primarily welcome particularly vulnerable families. You have the opportunity to offer support in the development of parent-child bonds for high-risk families. You perform assessments and then parent-baby support in close collaboration with the OBB or Dora house teams (FOJ team) and that of the SPEA (liaison team of the Early Childhood Guidance unit intended for the care of young children (0-4 years) and their families).As the position holder, you are responsible for meeting families at the HUG who are likely to join the OBB home or the Dora house. At the OBB home as well as the Dora house, you take charge in collaboration with the team of several dyads, triads, or families in the home or within the House of Children and Adolescents during weekly appointments. You are the child psychiatry reference for the dyads or families welcomed (approximately 10 families at the OBB home and 4 at the Dora house). You support and evaluate the establishment of parent-baby/child bonds during daily care (bathing, changing, meals, sleep, interactions/games...) and the baby/child's skills as well as their development by accompanying their parents in reading, decoding, and responding to their needs. You support and accompany the parent according to their psychic state (post-partum depression, personality disorder, non-decompensated disorder...).Furthermore, you support and evaluate parental skills in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team of the OBB home and the Dora house (psychomotor therapist, adult psychiatrist, specialized nurse, midwife, social worker as well as with the SPEA liaison team).Participation is also requested in team meetings, supervisions, and psycho-social networks around the family both within the framework of the home and at the hospital. On the administrative level, you are responsible for the follow-up notes of the child's daily life and the parent-baby support for each family in the child's HUG file. You participate in the evaluation and drafting of reports as well as in the transmission of information.You possess a MAS in psychotherapy (or have been in the process of obtaining a MAS for at least one year) or a title deemed equivalent. You have work experience with babies and very young children. Knowledge of trauma/developmental trauma and attachment theory would be an asset. You know how to deal with stress and have good abilities to work in a team.
