Your Tasks
1. Technology Strategy & Architecture
  • Define and drive Neho’s technology vision and roadmap in line with business goals

  • Drive the design, development, and evolution of our internal platforms, CRM, and digital tools

  • Lead architectural decisions across platforms, data, and cloud strategy

  • Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency

  • Balance delivery speed with long-term maintainability and technical debt

  • Establish best practices across software development, DevOps, testing, and quality

2. Leadership
  • Recruit senior engineers and engineering leaders as the organization scales

  • Lead and structure a fully remote team of 20 developers, provide guidance and develop internal leaders

3. Execution & Delivery Excellence
  • Ensure fast, reliable, and predictable delivery of product and platform initiatives

  • Establish effective delivery processes (Agile/Shape-Up/Hybrid)

  • Remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies

  • Hold teams accountable for outcomes, not just output

4. Quality, Security & Operational Stability
  • Set standards for code quality, testing, and reviews

  • Own system reliability, monitoring, and incident response

  • Ensure security, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, SOC2, etc. where relevant)

  • Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks as the platform scales

5. Business & Stakeholder Alignment
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

  • Work closely with CEO, Head of Product, and other leaders on priorities

  • Clearly communicate technical trade-offs and translate to non-technical stakeholders

  • Support go-to-market initiatives, integrations, and evolving customer needs

What you bring
Essential
  • 5+ years of experience in leading remote tech teams in a CTO function or equivalent role

  • Strong track record working for startups or scale-ups with the ability to thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments

  • Passionate about leading, coaching and mentoring engineering teams, challenging technical decisions, identifying skill gaps, and driving continuous improvement in team performance and efficiency

  • Minimum 7 years of back-end experience (PHP), including 4+ years with Laravel at scale

  • Deep expertise in React architecture and front-end systems

  • Strong experience in managing and maintaining CRM systems, ensuring smooth operation and supporting ongoing development and optimization

  • Results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving excellence and driving initiatives across the organization

  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and work with management to define technology strategy, product roadmaps, and execution plans

  • Professional proficiency in English
