They are responsible for the strategic direction and management of the regional sales teams, achieving sales targets, and the further development of the Agri business unit.Responsibilities- Overall responsibility for strategy, sales, and further development of the sales organization (>40 field staff)- Managing key accounts- Developing and expanding sales channels and partnerships- Controlling price, condition, and budget processes- Close cooperation with product management, technical service, marketing, and production- Participation in trade fairs, customer events, and industry events- Ensuring optimal use of the CRM system- Further development, training, and coaching of new field staffYour Background- Proven track record in sales management in building and expanding sales teams- Affinity for agriculture- Distinct communication and negotiation skills- Entrepreneurial thinking, result orientation, down-to-earth attitude, and high credibility- Language skills: German/French, Italian is an advantage- Willingness to travel within SwitzerlandWhat Awaits You- Key role in the executive board- High degree of creative freedom in shaping the business unit- Performance-oriented compensation package incl. company car- Dynamic environment in a stable company with flat hierarchiesDo you feel addressed?
