Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Livestock (m/f/d)

The CSO is a member of the Agri management team and reports to the CEO. He is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the regional sales teams, achieving sales targets, and further developing the sales strategy of the Agri business unit.

Your tasks

  • Overall responsibility for sales strategy and sales development
  • Leading and further developing the sales organisation (>40 ADMA)
  • Managing strategic key accounts
  • Developing and expanding sales channels and partnerships
  • Controlling price, conditions and budget processes
  • Close cooperation with product management, technical service, marketing and production
  • Participation in trade fairs, customer events and industry events
  • Ensuring the optimal use of the CRM and its further development
  • Training and integration of new AD employees

You and your background

  • Proven success in leading and building sales teams
  • Affinity for agriculture
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, result orientation, down-to-earth attitude and high credibility
  • Language skills in German/French, Italian an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland
