Officer (COO) Kellerhals Carrard Switzerland (80–100%) — and management tasks Overall responsibility for teams and support functions, particularly in the areas of finance and controlling, with a focus on digital and AI Responsibility for all steering and management processes, as well as support for legal activities to ensure coordination across all locations Ensuring close cooperation with the sites and their local managers to ensure efficient and harmonized management Support and implementation of strategies in close collaboration with the Managing Partner and the interdisciplinary team Your profile University degree (university of applied sciences or university) in business management or equivalent (e.g. MBA) Minimum X years of professional experience in management, ideally in a decentralized and multilingual environment Expertise in change management and project management, preferably in the service sector Excellent command of all support functions, particularly in finance, human resources, and (including processes) Excellent communication and persuasion skills, combined with a structured and results-oriented working method and flexibility for regular travel in Switzerland Very good command of German, French, and English (min.
