Principal - Adult Service The Adult Service (SAMBA) supports individuals with intellectual disabilities, potentially accompanied by mild mental health issues, and/or those with autism spectrum disorder. The supported individuals, desiring an autonomous life, possess a degree of autonomy that allows them to manage social interactions and thrive in an inclusive environment, supported by regular and individually tailored assistance. You will have overall responsibility for the Adult Service (SAMBA) in clinical and operational aspects, ensuring quality, consistency, and development within the service. With proven professional expertise, you drive the development and maintenance of social relationships for the supported individuals, following a personalized, inclusive, and caring logic. You are responsible for the quality of support and the implementation of individualized intervention projects focused on inclusion and communal events. You will guide and support professionals as a resource person, and ensure the management and development of a team of around ten in a dynamic evolution context. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise activities while actively contributing to the evolution of the Service and participating in institutional projects as well as the management committee of the Competence Domain. You will represent the Service within the network and ensure budgetary oversight in your area. You will contribute to the positioning of the Service in the cantonal system. A part of your activity (max. 30%) is dedicated to intervention profiling. You hold a degree or equivalent qualification, ideally complemented by further education in management and/or project management (CAS, DAS, MAS). You have confirmed experience in supporting individuals with disabilities, ideally in a similar context, as well as proven experience in team leadership. You possess strong skills in activity management and monitoring, mastering current tools. You stand out with your leadership focused on common objectives. Your reflective posture and analytical skills enable you to grasp complex situations pertinently and provide solutions in collaboration with the network. You exhibit a strong sense of priorities and possess excellent interpersonal skills, collaborating easily within a multidisciplinary network and maintaining quality relationships. You are committed to inclusion, social justice, and the well-being of supported individuals. Comfortable in an environment balancing autonomy and responsibilities, you fit within a structured institutional framework. A driver's license and a vehicle are required.
