a Chef specialising in Italian gastronomy

A few years of experience in Italian cuisine
you understand the demands of this type of position
you know how to integrate into a small family team

you are available quickly
split shifts are not a problem for your personal organisation
you have the professional attire that allows you to be operational quickly
vehicle required (no TPG) Knowledge of Italian gastronomic cuisine is mandatory
follow and apply the chef's instructions
ensure the basic preparations of Italian cuisine
manage the hot pasta station according to Italian traditions
work in split shifts, rest on Mondays and Tuesdays
