Mandated by a well-known company in the region, to ensure the management and coordination of work on a night shift site (14:30 - 23:30) located at 1345 Le Lieu, in the Vallée de Joux, we are looking for a:
Night-time Building Team Leader (M/F)
- Team leader training or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in the building sector
- Experience in managing teams on site
- Organisational skills and sense of responsibility
- Ability to motivate and supervise a team
- Good knowledge of current safety regulations
- Autonomy, rigour and initiative
- Driving licence and vehicle, an advantage
- Available to work night shifts (14:30 - 23:30)
- Supervise and coordinate teams on site
- Organise work according to site management directives
- Ensure deadlines, quality and safety instructions are respected
- Distribute tasks and monitor daily activities
- Control work progress and report necessary information
- Ensure liaison between workers and management
- Anticipate material and resource needs
- Actively participate in the smooth running of the site
