To strengthen our presence in French-speaking Switzerland and develop our brands UZIN, WOLFF, PALLMANN, Derendinger, Pajarito and collfox, we are looking for, by agreement, our futureSales Manager French-speaking SwitzerlandYour main responsibilities- Define, implement and monitor the commercial strategy for French-speaking Switzerland- Manage, motivate and develop the external sales team in French-speaking Switzerland- Ensure the sale and promotion of our high-quality products to our professional clientele- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients (flooring companies, wholesalers, distributors, architects)- Acquire new clients and continuously expand the client portfolio in the region- Ensure key account management and conduct commercial negotiations- Achieve the turnover and margin objectives defined for your region- Plan and organize technical training, product training, client events, fairs and exhibitions, in coordination with marketing and sales management- Perform tasks related to commercial activity (reports, offers, CRM tracking, etc.)Your profile- Training in a flooring profession (flexible floor covering or parquet installer, or equivalent technical training)- Continuing commercial education (sales, technical-commercial, federal diploma, or equivalent)- Successful experience in B2B external sales, ideally in the field of flooring, interior finishing or construction- Confirmed experience in a sales management function or solid experience as a technical-commercial representative with a desire to take a step towards a sales manager role- Personality oriented towards results with a strong sense of customer service, endowed with ease in contacts, negotiation skills and persuasion- Ability to work in an organized, autonomous manner, while easily integrating into a team- Good knowledge of standard tools (MS Office, CRM)- Excellent knowledge of French; German constitutes an asset- Possession of a driver's license and domiciled in French-speaking Switzerland, with availability for regular travelOur offer- A secure workplace within a solid and growing group- A key function with great room for maneuver to shape and develop the market in French-speaking Switzerland- A recognized and high-quality product range, intended for flooring professionals- A dynamic work environment, with a well-established and committed team- A structured introduction as well as competent technical and marketing supportYour applicationIf these responsibilities motivate you and you wish to actively contribute to the development of our brands in French-speaking Switzerland, we look forward to receiving your application.
