We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious group in the world of luxury, hospitality, and gastronomy for a:Sector Manager - Gastronomy & HospitalityAfter an initial phase, you will be in charge of market development.MissionsCommercial: Define and implement the business plan for Switzerland in close cooperation with development and: Ensure prospecting, consulting, and sales to acquire new clients (BtoB) and develop market share with existing clientele.Brand Influence: Organize and carry out regular commercial tours throughout Switzerland. Represent the brand at events, develop networking, and increase the company's notoriety, particularly in the gastronomy and hospitality sectors (HORECA).Management: Ensure order tracking and logistics in coordination with group teams.Reporting and Monitoring: Use group tools (CRM, ERP), perform regular reporting of commercial activity, and guarantee the achievement of set annual and monthly objectives.Travel: Adopt a sustained pace across all Swiss Cantons, taking into account geographical specificities and seasonality, particularly in mountain resorts.ProfileEducation: Higher education in BtoB sales. You have a successful experience of at least 5 years in the management and commercial development of a sector in Switzerland.Sector Expertise: Strong affinity and knowledge of the HORECA market, gastronomy, and hospitality.Field Presence and Interpersonal Skills: You are a field-oriented person, endowed with a strong appetite for sales and capable of interacting with a high-level and varied clientele (Executive Management, Executive Chefs, gastronomy personalities, business owners/artisans in the food trades, etc.).Market Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of the Swiss market, with an appreciated sensitivity for the culture and the French market.Language Skills: Due to the extent of the territory to be covered and the dimension of the group, proficiency in German (in addition to French and English) is required.Tools: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems. jidc4eebecaen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
