As a partner to prestigious companies in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team.Mission ObjectivesStrengthen IT project management teams to support one of the major programs in the project portfolio and ensure their delivery on time, within budget, and within scope. The assigned project is as follows:- Project: Integration of the new Guidewire insurance system with the existing system and other related systems. Project in progress.Ensure effective communication between all involved teams.Ensure rigorous monitoring of activities and orchestrate the phases of the IT Project.Responsibilities:- Organize and facilitate weekly meetings and main governance bodies (kick-off, steering committees).- Collaborate with Product Owners (PO) and involved teams.- Identify and manage temporal interdependencies with other projects.Monitoring and reporting:- Supervise project stages, ensuring compliance with deadlines.- Develop clear and regular reporting to track activity progress, risks, and deviations.- Collaborate closely with Release Management to ensure a smooth deployment.Team coordination:- Orchestrate and coordinate the work of different teams, fostering collaboration between parties.- Identify and resolve blocking points to keep the project on track.Ensure quality, cost, and deadlines:- Implement best project governance practices to ensure delivery under defined conditions.Required SkillsRequired experience:- 4 to 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in complex environments and large-scale projects.- Knowledge of the insurance sector would be an asset.Technical skills:- Mastery of integration concepts (API, synchronous/asynchronous flows between systems, data, connectors).- Understanding of architectures involving multiple interconnected systems.- Knowledge of ERP environments.Soft skills:- Excellent ability to structure, plan, and manage priorities.- Knowledge of project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or similar.- Degree in engineering or project management appreciated (Agile, Prince2, SAFe, etc.).- Team spirit and sense of service.- Ability to structure, analyze, and synthesize complex data.If you recognize yourself in this description, please send us your application by email (with curriculum vitae, cover letter, copies of work certificates, and diplomas).We look forward to meeting you!The position being based in Lausanne, local candidates are preferred.Working at the company means above all...Joining a company and a team for whom mutual aid, professionalism, commitment, integrity, and good humor are essential and represent much more than a simple adherence to a workplace.
