As a chef de partie, you will be responsible for autonomously managing the preparation and sending of dishes offered at the hotel bar, in absolute compliance with the establishment's quality standards. You will ensure the complete management of your workstation on a daily basis, from setup to service, ensuring the fluidity of operations and perfect coordination with other teams in the kitchen and dining room. You will control product quality, anticipate service-related needs, and maintain an impeccable work environment in terms of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness. Your role also consists of guaranteeing regular, neat, and fast production, while maintaining impeccable presentation of dishes and consistency in execution. You are attentive to the clientele and actively contribute to the establishment's image of excellence through your attention to detail, your professionalism, and your ability to work with precision.Profile SoughtYou hold a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in cooking and have confirmed experience in the field, ideally acquired in a 5-star establishment or a similar demanding environment. You know how to manage a station autonomously and have good knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules. You distinguish yourself by your rigor, your efficiency, and your sense of priorities. You know how to work independently while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency, even during periods of high activity. Your organization, your speed of execution, and your ability to maintain an overall vision allow you to manage your station with method and serenity.Professional presentation, an excellent sense of service, and neat appearance are essential to succeed in this role.
