Job Description
You will join a quality establishment, led by a passionate owner-chef, committed to the product, to knowledge transfer and to well-executed work.
Your Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie, you will actively participate in the preparation, organisation and dispatch of service. You will be responsible for the quality of preparations, adherence to the house standards and the proper upkeep of your station.
You will work within a committed team, in an environment where rigour, precision and team spirit are essential.

We are looking for a candidate from reputable establishments, with solid technical foundations and a true mastery of the fundamentals of cooking.
You are rigorous, organised, clean in your work and attentive to details. You place particular importance on hygiene, presentation and compliance with professional standards.
