Then this position is for you.JOB DESCRIPTIONManage all aspects of production while respecting schedules, volumes, quality, legal requirements, hygiene standards, and customer needs. Define production capacities, plan and optimize human resources to maximize efficiency. Implement continuous excellence processes (lean management) to optimize processes and reduce costs. Manage a team of 3 to 7 people directly and up to 50 people indirectly, distributed across several production sites (travel may be required). Train, support, and develop team leaders while fostering a positive and engaged work environment.PROFILEFederal diploma of master cheesemaker and dairyman, ES Food Technology, HES Food Engineering or equivalent, complemented by management training. Proven experience in industrial cheese-making and leading teams in dairy environments. Solid knowledge in dairy microbiology, cheese production, aging, and food safety. French or German language skills with good knowledge of the other language (B2 level).
