**MATCHBOX SOLUTIONS MANAGER INDUSTRY RELATION (M/F/D)**

**YOUR MISSION**

 

In this role you will be representing Matchbox Solutions towards leading aviation industry stakeholders such as DCS providers, IATA, SITA, kiosk and self-service kiosk manufacturers etc. You are acting as the primary ambassador positioning Matchbox as the industry reference for travel document validation.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**



* Building and nurturing senior-level relationships within the aviation technology ecosystem
* Leading strategic partnerships, business development initiatives and high-level negotiations
* Driving the integration and recognition of Matchbox across the industry platforms, standards and products
* Collaborating with product-, marketing- and strategy teams to align market needs with innovation
* Providing expert insights on industry trends, competitor activities and growth opportunities
* Contributing to sales targets and revenue growth through industry partnerships

 

**YOUR PROFILE**

 

* University degree in business administration, aviation management, information systems or comparable qualification
* Proven track record in business development, industry relations or partner management in aviation industry
* Experience representing a company in international forums and standardization bodies
* Strong knowledge of passenger processing, regulatory compliance and airline-IT systems
* Knowledge of project management 
* Further experience in sales, business development or stakeholder management is an advantage 
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are an asset
* Extensive professional network in the aviation-IT- and ground handling industry, especially with DCS providers, IATA, SITA, kiosk manufacturers and related stakeholders
* Solid knowledge of MS Office
* Willingness to travel occasionally (up to ~20%), based on business needs
