It guarantees the management of a system of accommodation, day activities, and support for people living with disabilities, in situations of addiction or severe social precariousness. It ensures its financing and quality. It ensures a dynamic approach within it to best meet the needs and expectations of the people concerned.MissionsAs part of your duties, you participate in the implementation of the cantonal policy for the support and accommodation of PWD, ensuring the protection of beneficiaries.In this capacity, you ensure the respect of their rights, their safety, and their well-being. You organize and carry out visits, announced or unannounced, in order to verify that the services provided meet the quality and safety objectives. Based on your observations and reports, you define corrective measures and ensure their implementation. Furthermore, you implement and guarantee coercive measures within social institutions. You also carry out analyses related to the authorization and recognition of institutions. In connection with the partners concerned, you ensure active monitoring and regular reporting. Finally, you work in close collaboration with the team and demonstrate versatility in your activities.ProfileHolder of a bachelor's degree in social work (or a title deemed equivalent) as well as training in institutional management or quality processes, you have 5 years of experience in the institutional social field and 3 years in a management position. Very good knowledge of the disability field as well as proven analytical skills complete your profile. You know how to work autonomously and demonstrate great integrity.
