We are looking, on behalf of a renowned Watchmaking House in Geneva, for a Micromechanic CFC / CNC to strengthen its teams.Your missionsWithin the production department, your main responsibilities will be to:- Guarantee production in compliance with quality, quantity, and deadline requirements.- Operate CNC machines for machining and finishing (3-axis and 5-axis).- Perform quality checks in accordance with control ranges and defined plans.- Carry out entries related to production and quality monitoring.- Read and interpret technical plans (dimensional and geometric).- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of production processes by proposing areas for optimization.- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and report any malfunctions.Profile- Holder of a CFC in Micromechanics, a CFC in mechanics, or equivalent training.- Experience in operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.- Experience in machining and/or finishing watch components.- Mastery of reading technical plans.- Comfortable with computer tools.- Experience in the watchmaking sector is a real asset.Do you wish to evolve in a demanding environment where precision and quality are at the heart of the profession?
